General Mandatory Gaming Terms and Conditions and Rules

1. General Information

(Prepared on the basis of the conditions, requirements and rules of the regulations under Art. 17, para. 3, items 1–4 of the Gambling Act)
1. These General Mandatory Gaming Terms and Conditions and Rules (the “GMGTCR”) apply to the use of the games and the respective internet, mobile or other platforms through the website elitbet.bg (the “Website”) and other relevant URLs. The Website and the games are offered by STEL BET Ltd. “STEL BET Ltd.” in these GMGTCR refers to STEL BET Ltd., a company registered with the Registry Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria under UIC 206818522, with registered office and management address at: Sofia, Oborishte District, 10 Vrabcha St., floor 5. These GMGTCR constitute a binding agreement between you and STEL BET Ltd. STEL BET Ltd. is a licensed gambling operator and its activities in Bulgaria are regulated by the National Revenue Agency in accordance with Bulgarian law.

1.1. These GMGTCR become binding on you when you tick the box “I agree to the General Mandatory Gaming Terms and Conditions and Rules and the Privacy Policy” in the Website registration form and click the “Registration” button and/or use any of the services on this Website. By doing so, you indicate to STEL BET Ltd. that you have read and accepted these GMGTCR. By using any of the Website services, you confirm that you agree to these GMGTCR.

1.2. You must carefully read these GMGTCR in their entirety before clicking the “Registration” button and before using any service on the Website. If you do not agree with any provision of these GMGTCR, you must not use or continue to use the Website.

1.3. By using the Website, you declare that you fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained on this page, as they may be amended by us from time to time.

1.4. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to amend these GMGTCR and, accordingly, this agreement between you and STEL BET Ltd. at any time. Amendments to these rules take effect from the moment they are published on the Website. Upon publication on the Website, STEL BET Ltd. sends an electronic message (email) to all registered users at the email addresses they have provided. If you continue to use the Website after the amendments are published, you will be deemed to have accepted them and must comply with the current general gaming terms and rules of STEL BET Ltd.

1.5. The rules and explanations for participation in each game offered by STEL BET Ltd., the maintenance of your STEL BET Ltd. account, and any other important information are available through separate links on the Website.

1.6. Any reference to STEL BET Ltd. games in this agreement includes Casino, Live Casino, Sports Betting and any other games that may be made available on the Website from time to time. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to add or remove games from the Website at its discretion and without notice.

1.7. The term “user” on this Website refers to any person who uses the services offered through the Website.

1.8. By accepting these GMGTCR and pursuant to Art. 5 of the Electronic Document and Electronic Trust Services Act (EDETSA), you agree to be bound by electronic statements exchanged between you and STEL BET Ltd. Pursuant to Art. 13, para. 4 of EDETSA, you agree that statements may be signed with a simple electronic signature within the meaning of Art. 13, para. 1 of EDETSA, in conjunction with Art. 3, item 10 of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, whose legal effect is equivalent to that of a handwritten signature. Such a signature may include your email address, telephone number, IP address, username and password and/or other data in electronic form. Electronically signed documents are stored electronically by STEL BET Ltd. in a manner allowing subsequent identification of the persons who signed them.

2. Account

2.1. To participate in any of the games offered by STEL BET Ltd., you must first register with STEL BET Ltd. by opening an account (a “STEL BET Ltd. account”) and depositing funds into it using one of the permitted deposit methods listed in the Deposits section of the Website. STEL BET Ltd. allows you to register and/or log in to your profile using an email account.

2.2. STEL BET Ltd. may appoint Payment Service Providers to act, receive and/or pay out funds on its behalf.

2.3. Users are permitted to open and use only one account with STEL BET Ltd. Opening a second account by the same user is not permitted, regardless of whether the existing account is active, inactive or closed for any reason. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user has opened and/or used more than one account with us, we reserve the right to temporarily block the user accounts or immediately close all such accounts. In such a case, the user will be notified immediately by electronic message to the email address provided. All winnings, bonuses, free bets and winnings obtained through the creation and/or use of more than one account will be void. Funds available in the relevant accounts may be withdrawn up to an amount covering all improper withdrawals already made and may also be blocked and/or forfeited in favour of STEL BET Ltd.

2.4. If you notice that you have more than one account with STEL BET Ltd. under different names, you are REQUIRED to notify STEL BET Ltd. immediately.

2.5. STEL BET Ltd. permits only one account per household, address (postal or IP), email address, any environment in which computers are shared (e.g. universities, workplaces, public libraries, etc.), computer or other access device.

2.6. A request to open an account on elitbet.bg is made by completing a registration form and submitting it online to STEL BET Ltd. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right, at its discretion, to open or close a STEL BET Ltd. account after fulfilling all contractual obligations owed to the user.

2.7. You must complete all mandatory information required in your registration form, namely: 1) first name and surname (as stated on an identity document), 2) type of identifier and the corresponding number (Personal Identification Number, Foreigner Identification Number/Personal Number, personal identification number or other), 3) date of birth, 4) type of identity document and corresponding number (for persons without a Bulgarian Personal Identification Number or Foreigner Identification Number/Personal Number/NRA service number/UIC of a foreign natural person), 5) address, 6) citizenship, 7) contact details, including a valid email address, 8) residence, 9) relevant payment information, all of which must be true and correct. Upon registration, you must certify that you do not fall within the category of vulnerable persons referred to in Art. 10c, para. 2, items 1 and 2 of the Gambling Act, or persons under Art. 10c, para. 3 of the Gambling Act entered in the register under Art. 10d, by ticking the relevant box. You must also provide information as to whether you are among the persons referred to in Art. 36, para. 2 and/or 5 of the Measures Against Money Laundering Act (MAMLA). If you do not fall within those categories, you must certify this by ticking the relevant box in the registration form. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to request additional information from you, as well as documents establishing your identity. STEL BET Ltd. may request information regarding the source of funds and any other information and/or documents necessary to comply with MAMLA requirements. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct, and you hereby represent and warrant to STEL BET Ltd. that the information provided is true, complete and correct. If any information you have provided changes, you undertake to notify the Customer Relations Department so that we can update it immediately. You may notify the Customer Relations Department by email at [email protected] or through the Live Chat service. You are hereby informed that STEL BET Ltd. carries out verification procedures, either itself or through third parties, and your STEL BET Ltd. account may be blocked or closed until sufficient and reliable information is provided by the user.

2.8. As part of the registration process, you will be required to choose a username and password for logging in to the Website. It is solely and exclusively your responsibility to ensure that your login credentials are kept secure. You must never disclose your login credentials to anyone. STEL BET Ltd. shall not be liable for any misuse or improper use of your STEL BET Ltd. account by third parties resulting from your intentional or accidental disclosure of your login credentials to any third party.

2.9. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to close existing accounts where it suspects that information already obtained concerning the participant’s identity or the payment instruments used is insufficient or unreliable. In such a case, or where an account is closed by the user, the entire balance will be paid to the user, except where STEL BET Ltd. has grounds to believe that its general terms and conditions, bonus, tournament or jackpot rules, or sports betting rules have been breached. In such a case, the user will be notified immediately by electronic message to the email address provided. STEL BET Ltd. also reserves the right to report any user involved in any form of fraudulent conduct to the relevant authorities.

2.10. It is your responsibility to protect your Website access credentials. All actions carried out using your login credentials are entirely at your own risk and any resulting liability shall be yours alone.

2.11. The user account is personal and the user is fully responsible for all obligations relating to the account and is entitled to all legitimate winnings.

2.12. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to remove events and/or games at any time. In such a case, we reserve the right to refund all unsettled bets on discontinued events/games to the user’s account.

2.13. An account holder may not allow any other person, including any minor, to use their account, access and/or use any material or information from the Website, receive any prize, or access and/or participate in the services. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user has allowed another person to use their account, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to immediately place a temporary block on the user’s account and/or close that account immediately. Any winnings obtained while another person was permitted to use the account will be void.

2.14. Registration by minors is not permitted. Persons under full or limited guardianship; persons who believe they have a gambling problem; persons whose social status and/or income level may make them more susceptible to gambling and developing gambling addiction; and persons who are current or former employees of STEL BET Ltd. and/or their spouse or relatives by direct line, collateral line or affinity, by clicking the “Registration” button and/or using the services of this Website, declare that they comply with the legal provisions of the country of which they are citizens and the country in whose territory the IP address used for registration for online betting is located, and that they do not fall within any of the above-mentioned groups.

2.15. If we discover that a user account is owned or operated by a minor or another person whose registration is not permitted under these rules and/or applicable legislation, the account will be closed immediately, all bets will be deemed void and all deposits will be refunded after deduction of administrative costs covering the refund expenses, or forfeited in favour of STEL BET Ltd.

2.16. Registration under another person’s name is prohibited. Where another person’s personal data has been used, STEL BET Ltd. may refuse registration or payment. STEL BET Ltd. shall not be liable if a username infringes third-party rights, including but not limited to the right to a natural person’s name, the right to a legal entity’s company name, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights.

2.17. A person is prohibited from playing only against themselves and/or entering into arrangements with other users and/or acting jointly with other users for the purpose of placing repeated bets containing the same selections from different customers and/or coordinated betting resulting in guaranteed profit. If STEL BET Ltd. establishes such activity, the relevant account(s) will be closed immediately, all bets will be deemed void and all deposits will be refunded. Users will be notified of the reasons for the decision at the email addresses they provided.

2.18. Following successful registration, a gaming account with a zero balance is created in the system. Each User is entitled to only one gaming account.

2.19. Games on the Website are conducted with stakes and winnings only in euros.

2.20. Winnings are accumulated and paid into the user’s gaming account only in euros.

2.21. By registering and/or using the services of STEL BET Ltd., you confirm and agree that your gaming account is not a bank account and no interest accrues on the funds held in it.

2.22. Transfers of funds between gaming accounts are not permitted.

2.23. STEL BET Ltd. terminates a user’s access to the system if the user is inactive for 15 minutes and no activity is registered following a reminder message sent to the user 2 minutes before the end of the 15-minute inactivity period.

2.24. After the session is terminated, the user must re-enter their username and password to access their gaming account.

3. Deposits

3.1. STEL BET Ltd. is a company that reserves the right to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds and/or execute prompt withdrawals for the purpose of providing gambling services.

3.2. If you wish to participate in any game, you must make a deposit into your account from an account or source that you own. Deposits may be made through various payment providers and methods announced on the Website. Procedures and conditions differ between payment providers and it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with them in advance. In the “Deposits” section, under “Payment Methods” ( here ) you can find more information about the available payment providers and methods, the minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method, fees and processing times. Accepted deposit methods are announced on the Website and updated if changes occur.

3.3. Your money may then be used by you for betting and other gambling and gambling transactions. You may participate in any game only if you have sufficient funds in your STEL BET Ltd. account for such participation.

3.4. STEL BET Ltd. does not provide any credit for the use of the services offered.

3.5. Depending on the selected method, fees may be charged on deposits by the payment source. STEL BET Ltd. does not charge fees for users’ financial transactions.

3.6. We accept payments made only in euros.

3.7. When you use a credit or debit card to deposit funds, your funds will be transferred when STEL BET Ltd. has received approval and an authorisation code. If STEL BET Ltd. does not receive such authorisation, your account will not be credited with those funds.

3.8. STEL BET Ltd. complies with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing legislation and reserves the right to use additional procedures and methods to verify your identity when you make deposits into or withdrawals from your STEL BET Ltd. account.

3.9. Balances in your STEL BET Ltd. account will not earn interest and you may not regard STEL BET Ltd. as a financial institution. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are deposited without the genuine purpose of establishing a commercial relationship with STEL BET Ltd. and without a genuine intention to place bets or conduct other betting and gambling transactions, or that funds have been deposited in an attempt to exceed daily deposit limits, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right not to credit the user account and/or to reverse transactions involving funds that have been returned to the user. In all cases, STEL BET Ltd. cannot be held liable for such funds and assumes no liability toward the user.

3.10. Funds deposited into your STEL BET Ltd. account must be used for bona fide transactions, for the genuine purpose of establishing a normal commercial relationship with STEL BET Ltd. and with the genuine purpose and intention of placing bets and conducting other betting and gambling transactions.

3.11. Depending on the payment method selected by the account holder, minimum and/or maximum deposit limits may apply.

3.12. Card deposits may from time to time be partially and/or fully rejected in accordance with certain security systems operated in cooperation with a Payment Solutions Provider and/or financial institution. Such security measures may reject cards that are legitimate but cannot be processed at a particular time. STEL BET Ltd. staff neither control nor influence these security mechanisms and are not informed of the reasons why any particular deposits are rejected.

3.13. If you use a payment method that you do not own and/or use funds that are not yours, including a stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment method, we reserve the right to treat every deposit into the account as invalid (and all winnings arising from such deposit as invalid).

4. Withdrawals

4.1. STEL BET Ltd. is a company entitled to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds and/or execute prompt withdrawals for the purpose of providing gambling services.

4.2. You may withdraw any amount up to the balance in your STEL BET Ltd. account by submitting a valid withdrawal request on the Website. Please note that you may not withdraw bonuses provided by STEL BET Ltd., as they are treated as non-withdrawable funds.

4.3. Withdrawal requests must be made directly from the user’s gaming account. STEL BET Ltd. will not accept withdrawal requests made through Live Chat or by email. STEL BET Ltd. employees are not permitted to circumvent these instructions.

4.4. Withdrawals may be made using various methods permitted by applicable law and available on the STEL BET Ltd. Website. Procedures and conditions differ between payment providers and it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with them in advance. In the “Withdrawals” section, under “Payment Methods” ( here ) you can find more information about the available withdrawal methods, the minimum and maximum amounts that may be withdrawn depending on the selected method, fees and processing times. Accepted withdrawal methods are announced on the Website and updated if changes occur.

4.5. All winnings may be withdrawn using the method used for the deposit.

4.6. STEL BET Ltd. will attempt to honour your request regarding the payment method for your withdrawal. However, this cannot be guaranteed. We may therefore process and pay withdrawals using a payment method different from the one you requested and/or cancel any withdrawal requests.

4.7. STEL BET Ltd. may request legally valid identification.

4.8. STEL BET Ltd. may request proof of address by requiring copies of utility bills, bank statements or any other document that STEL BET Ltd. considers appropriate. STEL BET Ltd. will report all suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. If such copies are not received within 30 days from the date on which they were requested, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to cancel all pending withdrawal requests and/or temporarily block your account.

4.9. Deposited funds may not be paid out unless they have been wagered in participation in the games provided by STEL BET Ltd. The deposit amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is requested and the bets must be settled (cancelled bets are not considered settled). If this condition is not met, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal from the gaming account or to deduct administrative fees covering all reasonable costs related to the deposit and withdrawal. If necessary, the requested withdrawal amount may be reduced accordingly. STEL BET Ltd. may also request additional identity documents for all withdrawals and conduct enhanced due diligence in connection with withdrawals of funds that have not been used for betting.

4.10. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to withhold withdrawal funds if those funds are not used for betting and other games or gambling transactions.

4.11. Where more than one payment method has been used, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to ensure that payouts are made in accordance with fraud-minimisation rules. This may include partial payments to previously used deposit methods where appropriate.

5. Game Payouts

5.1. When the result of a game in which you participate is determined or, where applicable, STEL BET Ltd. has confirmed the relevant event result and settled the markets, all winnings will be credited to your STEL BET Ltd. account.

5.2. If STEL BET Ltd. mistakenly credits your account with winnings and/or funds that do not belong to you, whether due to an error in published payout tables, gaming software, human error or otherwise, the amount shall remain the property of STEL BET Ltd. and will be removed from your account. If, before STEL BET Ltd. becomes aware of the error, a withdrawal has already been requested using funds that do not belong to you, the amount paid in error shall constitute a debt owed by you to STEL BET Ltd. In the event of an incorrect credit, the payment provider will make automated efforts to recover that credit by charging the relevant account, and you will also be required to notify STEL BET Ltd. immediately by email.

5.3. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to void any bet that may have been accepted in error where the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet and/or any bet made using winnings mistakenly credited due to a technical or human error.

6. Account Closure

6.1. You may close your account with STEL BET Ltd. at any time. All available funds in the gaming account will be paid back using one of the payment methods announced on the Website, except where STEL BET Ltd. has evidence of abuse concerning the manner in which the available gaming balance was accumulated. In such cases, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to refuse payment of funds from the gaming account.

6.2. If an account with STEL BET Ltd. is closed due to gambling addiction or fraud, the person may not open a new account. STEL BET Ltd. shall not be liable if the person succeeds in opening a new account, nor shall it be liable for any direct or indirect consequential damages. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right at any time to close an account opened in breach of this rule.

6.3. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to close your account and refund your “Available for Betting” balance, less applicable withdrawal fees, after stating the reasons that led to this decision.

6.4. If you do not log in to your STEL BET Ltd. account via the internet using your “Username” and “Password” for a period of thirty (30) months, STEL BET Ltd. will transfer the balances in your account to you, or if you cannot be located within three (3) months, the balance will be retained by the Company. You may contact the Company regarding these matters at [email protected].

6.5. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw and remove any bonuses awarded to you if those bonuses have not been used since the date they were awarded, pursuant to the General Bonus Terms or at its own discretion.

6.6. No withdrawal of balance/bonus will apply while the account is self-excluded. Once the self-exclusion period has expired, the inactivity period will begin to run.

7. Obligations

Your obligations:

7.1. You hereby represent and warrant that:

7.1.1. You are over 18 years of age or any higher minimum legal age specified by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you, and under the laws applicable to you, you are permitted to participate in the games offered on the Website.

7.1.2. You participate in the games solely in your personal, non-professional capacity for entertainment and leisure.

7.1.3. You participate in the games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

7.1.4. If you are not located in the territory of Bulgaria, you are not permitted to open an account or use in any way the gaming services offered by STEL BET Ltd.

7.1.5. All information you provide to STEL BET Ltd. during the term of this agreement is true, complete and correct, and you will immediately notify STEL BET Ltd. of any change to that information.

7.1.6. All money you deposit into your STEL BET Ltd. account does not originate from illegal activity or an illegal source. You understand that it is unlawful to deposit money obtained through unlawful acts.

7.1.7. You understand that by participating in the games you assume the risk of losing money deposited into your STEL BET Ltd. account.

7.1.8. You will not engage in any fraudulent, collusive or other unlawful activity in connection with your participation, or the participation of third parties, in any of the games and will not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for your participation in any game. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to void or close your account or cancel your participation in a game in the event of such conduct.

7.1.9. In connection with deposits to and withdrawals from your STEL BET Ltd. account, you will use only debit/credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.

7.1.10. The computer software made available to you is the property of STEL BET Ltd. or other third parties and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the software only for your personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with all terms and conditions set out herein and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

7.1.11. Games played on the Website shall be played in the same manner as games played through any other technical means. This means that our users must be courteous to one another and avoid rude or obscene comments.

7.1.12. You may print all transactions and betting receipts together with these terms and conditions and all other rules for games offered on the STEL BET Ltd. Website. They should be kept in an easily accessible place.

7.1.13. It is your responsibility to know whether online gambling is legal in your country.

7.1.14. You are not permitted to transfer funds from your account to other users, receive funds from other users into your account, or transfer, sell and/or acquire user accounts.

7.1.15. Persons who, by virtue of their professional or other capacity, may potentially influence the outcome of a game in any sport, competition or league on which STEL BET Ltd. offers betting must not participate in sports betting products or related products in the context of match-fixing provisions. If you have such a capacity, you are required to inform the Company immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

7.1.16. You have not been identified as a compulsive/problem gambler and/or included, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, in any register or database of excluded players.

7.1.17. You have not had an account that was previously closed by us or at your request.

Our obligations:

7.2. In carrying out its activities and providing the services on this Website, STEL BET Ltd. undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Gambling Act and the other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria.

7.3. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right:

• to refuse to register a user;
• to refuse to accept a payment;
• to refuse to accept a bet;
• to modify and add games;
• to request additional information;
• to close a gaming account;
• to withhold winnings until sufficient information is received to establish identity beyond doubt, or to carry out another type of verification or investigation of circumstances affecting your gaming account or actions taken by you;
• to void winnings where they were not realised as a result of user conduct but are due solely to technical software issues;
• to refuse to pay winnings if you refuse to cooperate with STEL BET Ltd. by providing data, documents or other information required as part of our obligations to verify your identity or other circumstances related to your gaming account or actions taken by you.

7.4. To the extent permitted by Bulgarian law, STEL BET Ltd. shall not be liable for damage and/or losses arising out of or in connection with the Website or its content, including where caused by software problems, communication-line issues, errors, bugs, delays, interruptions or viruses resulting in loss of data or other damage, unless such damage is attributable to culpable conduct by STEL BET Ltd.

7.5. You access the Website and participate in the games at your own risk. The Website and games are provided without any warranty, whether express or implied. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, STEL BET Ltd., its directors, employees, partners and service providers:

A) Do not warrant that the software or Website is/are fit for this purpose beyond the scope of the testing performed by the certified laboratory;

B) Do not warrant that the software and Website are error-free;

C) Do not warrant that the Website and/or games will be available without interruption;

D) Shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in connection with your use of the Website or your participation in the games.

7.6. Although STEL BET Ltd. makes every effort to provide accurate information on the Website, STEL BET Ltd. does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information and materials on the Website. The Website may contain typographical errors, other inaccuracies or outdated information. STEL BET Ltd. is not obliged to correct such material. The information and materials on the Website are provided “as is”, without conditions, warranties or other similar terms. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, STEL BET Ltd. provides the Website on the basis that STEL BET Ltd. excludes representations, express or implied warranties, conditions and other terms which, except for these terms and rules, might otherwise have effect in relation to the Website.

7.7. The total liability of STEL BET Ltd. to you under or in connection with these rules shall not exceed:

a) the value of the bets you placed through your account in relation to the relevant product or bet giving rise to the liability; and

b) the amount of the relevant funds, if such funds were incorrectly handled by us.

7.8. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless STEL BET Ltd., its directors, employees, partners and service providers from any costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims and liabilities caused in any manner and arising in connection with your use of the Website or participation in the games.

7.9. Any information provided by representatives of the Customer Relations Department is for guidance only and is subject to the STEL BET Ltd. rules set out above. Although we will make every effort to ensure that information provided to the user is accurate, it is solely the user’s responsibility to ensure that they understand what they are betting on and the applicable terms and conditions.

7.10. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account until the account identification and verification procedure has been completed. To complete this verification procedure, you will need to provide all documentation required by STEL BET Ltd. in accordance with applicable law.

7.11. STEL BET Ltd. shall not be liable for errors (including negligence), breach of duty, or otherwise for any of the following, whether arising directly or indirectly:

• loss of profits;
• loss of business;
• loss of revenue;
• loss of opportunity;
• loss of data;
• loss of reputation; or any other special, indirect or consequential losses, whether or not such losses were known to the parties at the date these terms were published and/or accepted.

7.12. STEL BET Ltd. shall not be liable for any errors resulting from users entering inaccurate information.

7.13. STEL BET Ltd. shall not be liable for any actions or transactions carried out by a person using your username and/or password.

7.14. This section does not limit STEL BET Ltd.’s liability to pay a user’s winnings or other amounts lawfully due to the user in accordance with the GMGTCR.

7.15. These GMGTCR do not exclude or limit STEL BET Ltd.’s liability in cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited under Bulgarian law.

7.16. Where STEL BET Ltd. presents betting suggestions, they are based on statistical data obtained from a third party, without STEL BET Ltd. being in a position to guarantee their accuracy. Such suggestions are indicative only and may in no event be regarded as advice/recommendations from STEL BET Ltd. and/or as a guarantee of any winnings.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1. At your discretion, you may restrict access to your account and/or exclude yourself from playing any games on the Website temporarily or permanently. To restrict access to the games or self-exclude, you must email the Customer Relations Department. Requests to block an account and for self-exclusion are implemented immediately. To remove a restriction on your account, contact the Customer Relations Department. For your protection, such restrictions may only be removed seven days after receipt of your request and provided that the period you selected, or the period prescribed by law, has expired.

8.2. At your discretion, you may also choose to set limits on the amount of money you may deposit into your account over a specified period. These limits may be activated by contacting the Customer Relations Department at [email protected] or through the Live Chat service. Requests to set limits take effect immediately. To remove a restriction on your account, contact the Customer Relations Department. For your protection, such restrictions may only be removed seven days after receipt of your request and provided that the period you selected has expired.

8.3. You may also contact the Customer Relations Department, whose details are available in the “Customer Relations” section of our Website, to receive assistance and guidance from a representative of STEL BET Ltd.

8.4. Social responsibility – STEL BET Ltd. takes the prevention of gambling addiction very seriously. Gambling for money involves risks. Therefore, STEL BET Ltd. makes significant efforts in the field of responsible gambling and seeks to support, inform and advise its users so that they understand and acknowledge that gambling is exciting and entertaining, but is a form of entertainment that requires self-control. We make considerable efforts to provide users with information that helps them recognise a gambling problem at an early stage. We also take active measures to avoid the negative consequences of excessive gambling, such as limiting stakes and rejecting bets.

8.5. If STEL BET Ltd. considers that a user’s gambling may cause financial or personal difficulties, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to close that user’s account. The following rules should be strictly observed when gambling: take regular breaks from gambling; set your daily and monthly betting limits in advance; remember that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to make money; decide in advance how much you can afford to lose; do not gamble under the influence of alcohol or medication, when depressed, when not fully rested, or when unable to concentrate.

8.6. If you believe that you have a gambling problem and/or are a person whose social status and/or income level may make you more susceptible to gambling and gambling addiction, you are entitled to be entered in the “Register of Vulnerable Persons” (established pursuant to Article 10d of the Gambling Act) in order to prohibit or prevent your participation in gambling activities. 8.7. In compliance with Art. 10, para. 6 of the Gambling Act, in its Advertising and Commercial Communication policy STEL BET Ltd. always adheres to and complies with the responsibly developed “Ethical Rules for Advertising and Commercial Communication of Gambling Games” of the National Council for Self-Regulation, which form part of the National Ethical Rules for Advertising and Commercial Communication. 9. Sports Betting

9.1. STEL BET Ltd. organises betting games on the results of sports competitions in accordance with applicable legislation and the company rules approved by the National Revenue Agency. The specific types of games, the rules and conditions for participation, the method for determining and paying winnings, and the method for forming, accumulating and distributing a fund and/or jackpot funds can be accessed on the Website by selecting the “Sports Betting Rules” section here.

9.2. The Sports Betting Rules are an integral part of the Agreement between STEL BET Ltd. and the account holder. By accepting these General Mandatory Gaming Terms and Conditions and Rules of STEL BET Ltd., the account holder confirms that they have read and understood the Sports Betting Rules, agree to them and will comply with them.

9.3. A bet may be placed only by a registered user.

9.4. A bet may be placed only via the internet.

9.5. A user may place a bet only if they have sufficient funds in their STEL BET Ltd. account.

9.6. Once placed, a bet will be governed by the General Mandatory Gaming Terms and Conditions and Rules valid at the time it was accepted.

9.7. A bet will be considered placed as soon as confirmation is received from STEL BET Ltd. that the betting offer has been accepted. Where several bets are placed by one user, they will be processed in the order in which they were received.

9.8. The user confirms that, at the time they placed a bet or bets, they had no knowledge of the outcome of the relevant events. The user confirms that they are not involved in any way in the competition on which the bet is placed. Bets on events in which the user is directly involved or has access to inside information are not permitted. Where a breach of this rule is suspected, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to void the bet and refuse to pay winnings. We also reserve the right to take further action to protect our legitimate interests and comply with legal requirements.

9.9. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to accept bets without stating any reason.

9.10. The minimum bet amount is €0.25.

9.11. A list of all bets, their status and details is available to the user on the Website.

9.12. STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to declare all bets on an event or events void where they originate from a group of users who clearly possessed information about the outcome of such event(s) and acted together to benefit from that information, e.g. coordinated betting.

9.13. Where a bet is declared void or invalid, it will be settled at odds of 1.00. The amount staked will be returned to the user. In the case of a multiple bet, the void selection will be included at odds of 1.00 when calculating the overall odds of the combination.

9.14. Except for live bets, any bet placed after the start of an event becomes void and will be settled at odds of 1.00.

9.15. If STEL BET Ltd. decides to close a user account, bets already placed will not be cancelled and all winnings will be paid to the user, unless fraudulent conduct is suspected. In such cases, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to void all winnings already paid before closing the gaming account. STEL BET Ltd. also reserves the right to report any user involved in any form of suspected fraudulent conduct to the relevant authorities.

9.16. A bet that has been placed and accepted cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled unless fraudulent conduct or a technical error is suspected.

9.17. An error relating to betting details (additional statistics provided by external sources) will not affect the validity of the bet. If STEL BET Ltd. provides incorrect betting odds, this will automatically void the bet.

9.18. When placing a bet or bets, the user confirms that all terms and conditions and game rules relating to betting offered by STEL BET Ltd., as published on the Website, have been read, understood and fully accepted.

9.19. STEL BET Ltd. manages user accounts and calculates available funds, unsettled funds, betting funds and the amount of winnings. Unless proven otherwise, these amounts shall be considered final and not subject to dispute.

9.20. Users are fully responsible for the bets they place. STEL BET Ltd. will never question users as to the appropriateness of bets they wish to place and shall not be liable for any errors that may have been made when placing such bets, including errors concerning stake amounts.

9.21. Winnings on fixed-odds bets are calculated by multiplying the amount staked by the predetermined odds.

9.22. Winnings will be paid into users’ accounts once the final result has been confirmed. Any subsequent amendment to the result, e.g. disciplinary proceedings (doping) or intervention by governing bodies, will not affect settlement. However, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to declare all winnings invalid where an event is investigated due to suspected criminal activity that may have affected the outcome. If the irregularity is confirmed, STEL BET Ltd. reserves the right to void all related bets.

9.23. Invalid bets: a bet is considered invalid if an event is cancelled or abandoned and no final result is announced within the same day on which the match was scheduled to take place.

9.24. The maximum net winnings per bet for each sport and bet type are set out below and do not depend on the stake. Where a multiple bet includes events with different maximum-winnings limits, the lower limit applies.
